About This Site

Vocational Employability Experts

The educational authority on vocational employability evidence — for veterans navigating disability claims and the attorneys fighting on their behalf.

Why This Site Exists

Vocational employability evidence is one of the most under-explained and under-leveraged tools in the veterans disability system. When done correctly, a strong vocational opinion can be the deciding factor in a TDIU claim. When done poorly — or not at all — veterans lose benefits they've earned.

This site exists to close that education gap. We publish authoritative, practitioner-level content on vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, sedentary work standards, and the intersection of VA and SSA disability systems — written for both veterans and the attorneys representing them.

We are not a law firm. We don't provide legal advice. We provide deep-niche educational content in a space where quality information is scarce.

Topics & Expertise

Our articles and resources cover the full spectrum of vocational evidence in disability claims: what vocational experts do, how their opinions are constructed, what makes a TDIU opinion credible, how transferable skills are analyzed under DOT and O*NET, how sedentary work standards interact with service-connected limitations, and how attorneys can best use vocational evidence to support their clients.

We also address the VA/SSA overlap — an area where many veterans and attorneys navigate two systems simultaneously with different evidentiary standards and different legal frameworks.
